Sovrano Whisky Sidecar

Ingredients

• 3 tablespoons superfine sugar

• 1 lemon wedge

• 60mls whiskey

• 30mls Orange Liqueur

• 20mls freshly squeezed lemon juice

Method

1. Combine whiskey, orange liqueur, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker.

2. Add ice, cover shaker, and shake for 20 seconds.

3. Strain drink into prepared cocktail glass.
