Sovrano Affogato



Ingredients:

2 scoops of vanilla ice cream

1 shot of espresso coffee

1 tablespoons Sovrano coffee liqueur

Chocolate grated to put on top


Method:

Brew espresso ( 1 per person)

Put 1-2 scoops of ice cream into glass or dish( glass should be just big enough for the ice cream).

Pour over espresso.

Pour over coffee liqueur

Grated chocolate on top.


Optional Extra:

Could use chopped hazelnuts or pistachios on top.
