A longstanding tradition throughout the Italian Alps is the annual production of a rich aromatic walnut liquor. 


Local walnuts are collected around Christmas so we can preserve their flavour in time for an autumn release.


Spicy, sweet and delicious, serve Noncino drizzled over vanilla ice cream, in your coffee, on your morning pancakes or just on its own as an aperitif. 


Throughout the winter months a glass of Noncino will keep you warm and cosy.
