Sovrano Sunrise in Bay of Islands

Ingredients

• 30ml Sovrano limoncello

• 90ml fresh orange juice

• Splash of grenadine

• 1 orange slice

Method

1. In a tall glass, add all ingredients.

2. Over crushed ice.

3. Add a splash of grenadine and let it settle to the bottom (do not stir) to create the “sunrise” effect.

4. Garnish with an orange slice.
